General conditions
Prices include weekly rent, all hotel facilities in the main building and 1 weekly laundry change (kitchen laundry not included)
Short stays on request.
The tourist tax of 3,50 € has to be added per person per day to the above mentioned prices.

You can have dinner with your dog in our tyrolean - stube (limited places)
CHECK IN 15.00 pm – CHECK OUT 10.00 am.
Early check in and late check out on request.
Booking confirmation and deposit:
To secure Your booking we kindly ask for a deposit. Payments accepted are credit card and bank draft (Cassa di Risparmio di San Candido IBAN = IT42 I060 4558 7900 0000 00 30 000 Bic number = CRBZIT2B078)
Cancellation policy:
30 days prior arrival = 40% of the total amount,
29 – 8 days prior arrival = 70%,
7 – 4 days prior arrival = 80%,
3 – 0 days = 100%.
In case of earlier departure 100% of the total sum has to be paid + the days actually spent.
Though still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness since May 29 th 2020. More detailled information here.
